I'm searching someone who's capable of properly encoding anime to psp/PSV, So know how to use x264 and understanding some basic avisynth wouldn't hurt.
And no, presets don't count as properly encoding.
but don't worry I can teach you how use this properly if you are willingly to put time and effort into it.
